CLAYTON COLLEGE CLOSED

We inform you that Clayton College of Natural Health will be ceasing operations according to its correspondence. While a number of factors contributed to this development, ultimately the college was unable to overcome the effects of the severe economic recession and the belief by many they could not provide clinical residencies as part of their training programs nor licensure at the end of their programs.

The Jade Academy was founded with a mission of providing people an affordable, flexible, quality means of learning natural, holistic methods of body therapies, promoting and maintaining good health. The Panamerican School, first licensed by the State of Florida as early as 1979 [American School of Oriental and Homeopathic Medicine], continues its mission with online academics combined with bona fide residencies in its sponsoring clinic on Nevis Island. We have believed all along that academic training in naturopathy alone, is wholly insufficient and that students will only be qualified and benefited from that mission statement and position.

The School has received emails and telephone calls from many regarding the current, unfortunate situation. We are here to respond to those means by our affiliate, WORLD ORGANIZATION OF NATURAL MEDICINE PRACTITIONERS, and urge you to contact them for training and licensure.

NEW BOOK: WHO DELIVERS NATURAL MEDICINE?

THE MOST DEFINITIVE GUIDE ON THE LEGAL STATUS AND RIGHTS OF PRACTITIONERS OF "COMPLEMENTARY & ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE" WORLDWIDE, as well as those of indigenous cultures and peoples; and those of faith and of the Church. No practitioner or health advocate should ignore this book, everyone should know their rights under Natural and International Law, and any practitioner facing legal troubles should make sure his or her attorney has a copy of this book.

THE UNTOLD STORY ABOUT NATURAL MEDICINE

It is a sad legacy of these important movements of Traditional and Christian medicines went into decline with the "Age of Enlightenment." Medicine both East and West would be regulated by the State with their spiritual precepts kept out of science as well as the minds of the public and the ministers of faith. Many health care providers recognize a mind-body connection as a role of spiritual healing, but it is not generally considered an important practice objective, let alone a legal right. All Christians believe that God rules, and our savior brings healing, but the way many Christians use today's health care system implies that God is subordinate. The way Christians patronize the world of doctors, drugs, and hospitals just as much as non-Christians points to a dramatic spiritual depravity. They give greater than deserved power to the carefully animated social, economic, and political forces of medicine, and generally remain sick as a consequence.

Reclaiming our Christian, monastic medicine and traditional healing ways is a well-deserved argument in this book calling Christians to understand and utilize natural medicines under safeguarding of the Church's spiritual doctrine. The world has convention for this under international law. First and foremost is Natural Law. The second one is called the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The third one is called the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. The fourth is the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), which is a specialized agency of the United Nations established on November 16, 1945. Its stated purpose is to contribute to peace and security by promoting international collaboration through education, science, and culture in order to further universal respect for justice, the rule of law, and the human rights and fundamental freedoms proclaimed in the UN Charter. In that Charter is found Article 25:1. Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. The other rights and exemptions found in many states and countries are covered in this book, but suffice to say, to be valid, they must flow downward from Natural Law and Natural Rights. Another rule, as you will learn in this book, is, if you do not know your rights, no one else will readily hand them to you. Education is liberation.

The central theme of this book is how today's Church lost a special healing ministry since the Renaissance and how can we reclaim back our culture, works and rights. How did Jesus' healing ministry relate and contribute to these many therapeutic disciplines and what contributions were made by Christian physicians? Naturopathy and nature cure were clearly and originally Christian medical traditions established by monastic doctors, ministers, infirmarians, nurses, and lay care givers. Book: Electric and Electromagnetic Healing

Popular medicine, that focused on chemistry and drugs, has long ignored the properties of electricity as a healing agent. Doctors as students, are routinely poorly trained in physics and thus have little perspective of the dynamic vital aspect of life called electricity. Electrotherapy has a well established role in the management of a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, digestive, glandular, and even psychological problems. Used in conjunction with other therapeutic interventions, it can make a positive contribution to patient care. The means by which a range of different energy forms (electrical, magnetic, thermal) can influence the physiological state of the target tissue is well documented. This forgotten therapy is making a return.

BOOK: READING FACES, EAST AND WEST - $25

No one can halt the inevitable aging process that affects us all. But now we can reduce and improve the visible signs of aging, such as lines and wrinkles or unflattering folds and creases, using the latest techniques and technology. In this book, the original researcher for the now famous Jade Facial, presents his case studies and methods developed over twenty years. Removing facial lines and wrinkles is not just a beauty method. It relates to the emotional health of the individual. The scientific viewpoint of beauty deals with facial symmetry. In general, facial asymmetry results from emotional expression that is mediated by the two hemispheres of the brain and that the facial musculature is contra-laterally innervated on the two sides of the face. There are consistent differences between the emotions attributed to the right and left hemispheres, and their effects on opposite sides of the face. To remove facial wrinkles, these two side need to be coordinated. The two sides of ourselves, conscious and subconscious, need to have a talk! If we are wishing to return symmetry and beauty to the face, then it is logical to seek out methods to assist in whole brain integration. When both sides of the brain are working at similar levels, the person is generally more successful, happy, healthy, and optimistic. People who pray, meditate, or who are very content with their lives have both halves of their brains working in better harmony. They have brain synchronization. This is one of the chief aims of Jade Therapy, making the person whole again.
